Welcome to PitestiResidence, a platform operated by GLOBAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, with its headquarters at Bld. Ion C. Brätianu, Nr.54, Bl.pr, Sc.a, Et.10, Pitesti, Romania.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website https://pitestiresidence.ro and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing and using our Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
Account Registration
To make reservations and access certain features of our Platform, users must create an account by providing valid personal information, including name, email address, and phone number.
By registering, you agree that:

• You will not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
Booking and Payment
Apartment Reservations
Users can browse and book apartments available on our Platform. Once a booking is confirmed:
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
• You are responsible for complying with the check-in and check-out policies of the rental property.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely through our Platform using:
• Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
By making a payment, you confirm that:
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You agree to the terms of our payment providers (Stripe).
• All transactions are final, except where explicitly stated otherwise in our Cancellation Policy.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the User
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to qualify for a refund.
• If you cancel after this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation by the Host
In the rare case that a reservation is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund.
User Responsibilities
By using our Platform, you agree that you will:
• Respect the property rules during your stay.
• Not cause damage to the rental property or its contents.
• Not engage in illegal activities using our Platform.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used for:
• Booking management and customer support.
• Payment processing through secure third-party providers.
• Marketing communications (only if you opt-in).
We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for the protection of your data.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate listings and secure transactions, we are not responsible for:
• Issues related to third-party services (payment failures, internet outages, etc.).
• Any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding your booking or payment, please contact us at support@pitestiresidence.ro. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
For legal disputes, the governing law is Romanian law, and the courts of Pitesti, Romania shall have jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Platform. By continuing to use our services, you accept any modifications to these Terms.
